It was great working with Scottish singer Robyn Stapleton, BBC Radio Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2014, on her new album logo.
I was delighted when experienced designer, Ian Ross asked myself and portrait photographer, David Moses, to collaborate on the cover. The evocative design with its delicate interweaving of colour and texture is perfectly suited to Robyn’s beautiful renditions of the Songs of Robert Burns.
An added bonus is the jewel-like booklet centre spread, combining montaged lettering and photography.
